Shaman’s Ayahuasca Preparation Diet (Dieta), Prepare for Ayahuasca Ceremony
Ayahuasca Dieta (Ayahuasca Diet), Ayahuasca Ceremony Preparation
suggested by our Ayahuasca Shaman
There is a specific way an ayahuasca shaman suggests to prepare for ayahuasca ceremony, called the ayahuasca dieta. An ayahuasca shaman suggests using the ayahuasca dieta (ayahuasca diet) for 2-4 weeks beforehand in preparation for ayahuasca ceremony. If you can’t do it for 2-4 weeks, preparing for an ayahuasca ceremony, at least try to be disciplined for 3 days before the ayahuasca ceremony!
These plant medicines seem to “know” when you’ve been bad or good in your diet, and your experience will reflect what is in your body. Make sure your body is a clean vessel in which this plant medicine and plant teacher can function for your better good. If your body is not “clean and ready” for this experience, the plant teacher seems to know. Do yourself a favor. No big macs or french fries or you will…well…for lack of a better word…suffer!
Alkaline Diet, Similar to Ayahuasca Diet
For the most part, the ayahuasca dieta (ayahuasca diet) is similar to an alkaline diet, which excludes acidic foods. We suggest you look up “alkaline diet” on the internet, as there is a lot of information about alkaline foods, what they are, what they are not, and how they affect your body. The information about an alkaline diet is simply too vast to cover on this page. However, the alkaline diet is close to the ayahuasca diet.
How the alkaline diet and the ayahuasca diet work is the Ph level in your body is balanced to approximately a 7.0 Ph level. What happens with a proper Ph level in the body is ultimate health. What also happens is balance and de-calcification in the pineal gland, which is important to being able to receive visuals. Your body is considered alkaline instead of acidic when using the alkaline diet and the ayahuasca diet. For instance, if your body is acidic, your blood pulls calcium from your bones because it isn’t as available in your blood, which in turn can cause osteoporosis, just as an example.
Ayahuasca Diet and Cancer
It is said that cancer and illness simply cannot survive in an alkaline environment, and the ayahuasca diet (ayahuasca dieta), is often used by those who want to avoid illness, or by those who are recovering from terminal illnesses like cancer. Cancer dies once the body is alkaline, so the ayahuasca diet may very well be a factor in the miraculous healings you hear about with ayahuasca ceremonies.
In fact, long after you have done an ayahuasca ceremony preparation, you might want to continue with the ayahuasca diet because it is good for your health. Whether you are sick or not, an ayahuasca dieta is a healthy way to eat.
